Default Daytona Twin Tec tuning

I have a 2001 FXDXT I have the Daytona Twin Tec Installed and started with the recommended settings mutli spark, 5 on the advance, and 5 on the curve, rev limit to stock, It seems to be running a little better than it was with the stock ECM but there does appear to be a slight hesitation on acceleration? I also bought the TC88 PC connect program and cable and now have it communicating with my laptop, not sure where to go from here their information appears to be written more for tuners than guys like me but I guess I will just tweak it a little and see what happens. I asked them for recommended settings for my build but all they did was sell me the PC connect equipment. Mine’s a SE 103"with S&S 583 easy start cams SE II exhaust and a Hyper charger and S&SG carb. has anyone messed with this. Just looking for advice on which way I should go. I'm setting up different setups from the base I'm running now and I will upload them and run the bike and see if I can feel a difference?

I should be putting mine on tomorrow. I'll let you know what I can figure out. I have the hesitation at 3500 rpms without the twin tec. I am hoping for it to run better. I have never messed with an ignition before so I don't understand anything about it as of yet.
