Ironhead single fire ignition problems

Default Ironhead single fire ignition problems
So I recently installed an electronic single fire ignition on my 72 ironhead and the bike will not start in single fire mode wit single fire coil but on dual fire mode with stock dual fire coil it fires right up. Anyone have any suggestions?
