Motorcycle crash proves fatal to NSU professor
A Northeastern State University professor died over the weekend in a motorcycle crash, Tulsa police said.
William Heck of Broken Arrow was pronounced dead at a Tulsa hospital after the 3:20 p.m. Sunday crash.
Heck was riding east on the Broken Arrow Expressway near 129th East Avenue when another vehicle changed lanes and struck him, police reports show. Police are continuing to investigate the crash.
Heck was a professor in NSU's Department of Criminal Justice and Legal Studies.
Apparently, the kid was texting and noticed he was drifting and overcorrected into WillieBill.
