Default Best Ironhead Mod, bang for buck

I've got an old Ironhead that I've rebuilt with 10:1 Wisco forged pistons; put new high output ignition coil in, and she's got an S&S super E carb with forced intake. Anyone got any advice as to what I might do next to really boost the performance of this beast? I don't really want to drill into the heads for dual ignition. The cams aren't too big of a project. Any opinions on whether performance cams would make much difference?
Oh, she's got straight pipes too. I know that's good on the high end, but I was thinking about a 2:1 set up for a little more torque.
Thanks.

1) Wrong section of the forum. This is for the new liquid cooled 500/750cc Street models.

2) Want a performance beast...sell it and get a metric!

Thanks.
Cams, headwork, and a good dyno tune would boost it.

When you say "boost performance"...what's your end goal(s)?

Only going to be able to go so far with a 61" XL, and with the head.
Once a stroker or larger bore, or both, is introduced to those, the head starts to work better as well.
Friend of the shop had a 114" Iron XL that would consistantly lay down 9.0's @ 145 plus mph.
Spoked rear wheel, stock 1965 HD frame with an extended swingarm, points distributor.
