What's wrong with your Super B? Generally Super B, Super E and CV carbs work great on Ironheads. Not sure why you wanna mess with that monster Weber.

a really good option is a late model CV carb. easy to find and inexpensive. swap meets and independent shops will always have a box of them. the carb is easy to to tune and works great through idle to full power. i have one on my 77 xlh and 79 fxs.
