More info is needed to help troubleshoot this. If I'm reading your first post right, your starter bendix stayed engaged with the clutch basket ring gear for a couple minutes after the bike started. After you got it shut off, now your bike has no power?
Does your bike have stock wiring or a custom wiring harness? If you have a volt meter, start by measuring the voltage at your battery terminals. It should be approximately 12.8 volts with the ignition switch off, slightly less with the ignition switch on.
If the battery checks OK, I'd move to the main circuit breaker (if it has one) and measure the voltage there. Keep moving on to the ignition switch and to the other circuit breakers and keep measuring the voltage to find out where the power stops.
The starter bendix is designed to free-wheel if this happens, so I don't really see how this could cause a power problem. Unless you have a wiring problem or a component problem that caused the bendix to stay engaged, and also damaged your battery somehow.
Good luck!
