Default Clutch Pins

I am working on a 68 ironhead with a dry clutch and the clutch worm gear on the right. I put it together (was apart when I got it) and it seems like one of the pins is missing or jammed. The pin that goes in the clutch pin is there and the adjuster screw is there but I tightened the adjuster all the way down the the clutch never engaged. I tried pushing a wire through the hole and it stopped mid way. Does anyone have an idea? How many pins does it have. Thanks
