I've been trying to reach someone at the shop for 2 days. Does anyone monitor the phones here? Need to know what the shipment time is to determine if I'm buying their shield or another company's but no answer... is this typical or is something wrong with their phones? Need a shield quickly

 

They don't answer emails either. Ready to cancel my order.

 

 

New market place. Everyone it seems no real hands on. Just place order online and pay up. Often companies just have some off sight warehouse shipping the stuff out. They just sit back and collect the cash.

 

I have always had immediate contact with LRS either by email or by phone.
Their site says that current production time is currently 7-9 days as they are very busy. My past experience when there was no delay is that from order to delivery was about a week.

 

It's that time of year, everyone wants stuff now because the sun is shining and they want to ride rather than having ordered over the winter. Me on the other hand. I crushed mine during winter project. I am sitting back waiting for the right sale to come along.

 

Thank you. I ended up ordering a Freedom Shield about 3 hours before LRS responded to an email and returned my call

 

Nope i tried to call and they didn't answer either. you would assume since they are a sponsor on this forum they would read this and pay attention to it. I ordered a freedom shield as well

 

Love my Freedom Shield but I ordered a few LRS to check them out. They just arrived week and it took about two weeks after ordering to get them.

 

I had to call and had no issues about 6 weeks ago. The USPS would not deliver my shield due to the website using the road number vs street and it was returned to sender. They resent another shield and it arrived 5 days later. I like the new shield, very functional.
