What’s the trick Larry? I can’t get them to return my emails or phone calls.
I made a comment on a Facebook pop up about the recommendation on how to measure for a new shield. I had recently ordered and received a windshield and it took about two weeks from order to my front door. LRS replied to my Facebook comment and I sent a couple emails back and forth. I offered and did pay a small amount to cover shipping and a short time later I received the new one via 2 day. I posted my email below hope this can help my experience was quite different.

Just purchased a LRS for my 2015 Roadglide and I followed your fitment instructions for the order and should have followed my instinct! The top of the windshield is directly in my line of sight! The product is awesome but just below my mouth would have been perfect!

I sent them an email to find out if they made a shield for the new Heritage. I got a quick response telling me they were available but not on the website. A short time later I ordered and made sure to include that it was for a 2018. Several weeks later I received my new shield and it did not fit. When I contacted them they replied quickly to request I resend my picture of the problem. After that nothing. I have sent multiple emails asking for a resolution but I get no reply. It seems they are only interested when it is for their benefit.
