    Spanners39, Whatever happened with that guys wheel(s) that you were going to convert to sealed bearings?
    Did you find the stuff you needed? What did you use?

    bought a stock belt from my local dealer today, got it mostly all back together just need to adjust the primary and button it up. Then on to the stripped caliper bolt ugh lol. Thank you for your help and interest in this, I really appreciate it!

    yep, borrowed one and took it right off. got the rest of the primary off today. going belt shopping now.

    I heated the nut, added a longer bar, and twisted the breaker bar. The nut was hot enough that the socket was warm when I took it off. Wtf now? Impact?

    I noticed you're using an exhaust pipe in the pics, I have some so I'll try it with that. Is it red loctited from the factory?

    that comp sprocket bolt is one tight mutha! need a longer pipe...found a stripped rear caliper bolt in the process. No idea how that happened but glad I found, no telling how long we've been riding it that way.
