    Good luck!
    My HD dealer have told me it will take 5 hours which is what I had read elsewhere.
    Years ago I would have done it myself but my circumstances now have changed and I would rather let them do it.
    OK it will cost me more but I don't really want to take two or three times as long and end up cocking it up.
    Also I want them to hear the system 'they know nothing about' and let the guy in parts see how spending less money can get better results than their new HD system which is a lot more.
    Also their work is guaranteed so if there is a problem they sort it.
    I'm not advocating you doing it my way...but good luck I hope it all goes well!

    Hey Cruizin, not to steal the OP's thread, what kind of price are they quoting you for the install? My BT stuff comes for my trike tomorrow as well....don't know if I can wait for a couple more weekends to work on the install...never did one so I don't want to F it up!!
