Hey LA I screwed up on the PN of the rear pulley I used, the number I put is actually discontinued and I found my HD receipt that I ordered it from, the pulley I used is a 2006 Night train PN 40599-06 if you want to fix it in the thread do so. I fixed it in my original post.

Hey Kurt. I'm just checking to make sure you're okay. I usually see posts by you on regular basis but nothing in quite a while. I'm just concerned.

Hey...quick question. You wouldn't know the distance between the solo seat mount holes on your breakout off hand?

One more question LA, My bike being a 2014 CVO what are your thoughts on the rear ratio upgrade for my bike?? I have the D&D low cat and PV tuner for upgrade that it for now and the bike respond pretty well as it is but I thought it could almost use longer legs. What do you think???
    Thanks again.
    JP.

Hi LA Gog, First I would like to say Great Great infos you're putting out there. One question for you . I'm getting ready to do the front fork upgrade and I ride mostly one up some long trip with luggage in the back of course and I don't ride super aggressive but probably a little more than average. My question is I'm only about 175 without gear, do you think I should go to the .95 kg or just stick with the 1.00 kg spring. I want try to keep the bike from sagging but I don't want sacrifice too much on the ride. I'm just a little worry because of my weight. Your thought are much appreciated.
I'm a little short in time but I try to follow your post as close as I can.
Thanks and keep up the good work.
    JP.

Doc- you can use this calculator to help figure out sprockets and chains. http://www.mulliemotors.com/indexmot...ge=driveratios

for offset of the sprocket, that is something you must measure directly on the bike. see page 1 of the Drive Ratio DIY sticky at top of softail section. in post #3 or #4 I have pics of how I determined my offset for the new belt pulley. you can use this same method for your chain sprocket.

Doc- I don't have any messages from you. unfortunately I would not be able to help with your specific application.

For example rear spacing for the hub on a 18x3.5 wheel and also sprocket combos for the front and rear for chain drive.
