I had already relocated that eyeball hazard! lol But should fit with the antennae in stock locations. Here's what I did...

I lived in Knoch Knolls, played Naperbrook every Saturday morning for almost 20 years. Finally got fed up with the Park District and joined Mistwood.

We moved to Lewiston in 2013, and I will tell you the absolute truth: My wife and I are happier than we've ever been in our lives. The weather is unbelievable. I might only get out a few times in January, but I ride 12 months a year.

Lewiston is roughly 99.9% white and deeply conservative. I was a registered Republican for 44 years, but not any more. Now, in order to fit in here as a Democrat, when I get asked questions; big smile and "Sorry, I don't discuss religion or politics with acquaintances". It seems to work well.

Houses here are comparable in price to Naperville and Bolingbrook, but taxes are a third. My email address is [email protected]. If you're interested in a few pics of the house and the area, shoot me yours and I'll send you some.

I lived in Naperville for 20 years, '93-'13. Where are you?

I'm 5'9" (barely) with a 30" inseam. I have a rider's backrest which does help you to maintain a fairly upright posture. I went with the 11" windshield and it's perfect for me.

The Madstad has roughly a 3" range of height adjustment, +/- 1.5" from the midpoint. That's quite a bit and allows enough to both find the sweet spot as far as wind management, plus the right spot for your particular riding posture.

They're $299 plus shipping. They offer an optional quick disconnect kit, but I think that would only make sense if you bought one of the tallest ones and wanted to take it off when you were just riding around town. I leave mine on and I don't even notice it's there.

    I'm completely satisfied with it.

I demoed every height of Harley windshield for the RG and nothing fit right for me. It either didn't make any difference from stock or else the top edge was right in my line of sight.

    Good luck!

    Howdy Lefty,
I'm on the Western side of the map. Southwest of Peoria.
