-the footboards were installed prior to the Switchback coming out so I made do with Twin Cam era FL Softail components with home made adapter plates fabricated from aluminum.
-the exhaust is from a 2009 FLHT that was bent and stretched to fit a Dyna. I made a custom bracket to mount to the rear engine mount, the rear muffler hanger, the cross-under pipe and the mufflers.
-repainted the engine and added other decorative items like Panhead valve covers and Panhead derby cover etc.
There is plenty of pictures in my albums and a few years worth of explanations in the FL-Dyna Interest Group. Join the group and you will get lots of inspiration and help.

I am sorry, but just noticed your message today. A 1995 Dyna would actually be easier than a 2006 and newer. Mine started life as a Street Bob, 2008.
-16 inch wheels are a must. I re-laced a 16 inch rim to my Dyna hub and used a Softail front wheel because my entire front end is 2012 FL Softail.
-along with the FL Softail front end comes an FL Softail front fender. I did reuse the original brake rotor and caliper.
-You can use any 2008 and older FLH rear fender by filling and re-drilling the mounting holes. My tail light is also original to the bike along with the rear rotor and caliper.

Hi, this is Maurizio from Rome, Italy.

I ride a 1995 Dyna Superglide Sport (alloys and double disc brake up front)

I was fiddling with the thought of converting my bike into a sort of "9/10 scale StreetGlide", but then I saw your 1959 FLD conversion and was awed !

OK, I'm in love... what now ?

Some bits I have recognized, such as the chrome "Fat Bob" style rear shocks, but for many others I would need your advice.

Could you please be so kind to provide me your "list of ingredients"?
I do not want to copy nor plagiarize your idea, but be inspired by it.
I would sincerely appreciate all your help.

    Best regards,

    Maurizio Pescatori
