Default Need to Relocate

We bought their Bat Wing for my wife's 2017 Fat Boy S. As you can see from the image below, the handlebar mounted lights would be covered. We relocated hers with combined low profile passing lamps. The front end should be the same on an 08 (99% certain, but research it yourself first...measure twice, pay once).

Pull the trigger and buy it. She LOVES hers. AND because it's quick release, the freight train nacelle we bought with the low profile lamps make it look even better from profile, especially with the visors that we added for all five lights (they mount straight to the forks without the ugly towel rail and big disc signals, our opinion sorry no image yet).

We are still deciding on a paint scheme to dress it up and blend in with her bike's 100th HD Ann in Canada paint scheme, while setting hers apart from the 100th Ann Street Glides).

There are a couple things to note about our install. If you decide to go this route and want more info, message me and I'll take some better photos to illustrate.

Cheers,
Harm.

Thanks for the information
I do a lot of out of town riding and just want to stop the wind to have a more pleasant ride.
Looking at doing a few road trips next summer and think this would help with that.

Thanks

Default Happy to Help

You're welcome.

We do a lot of highway riding and go on multiday trips (this year we included bike camping). She was very uncomfortable at speed. The MS Batwing has done exactly what you're looking for. She's much more comfortable now. Plus it's only 7 lbs so she doesn't notice it when slow manoeuvring on town or parking.

I have one for my Fat Bob too. Ordered it when I ordered the bike.

let me know if you need part numbers or if you have install questions.

Cheers,
Harm.
