Installed the WHIM. When I picked up the bike the dealer asked about headsets. I said, dont care because we’ll never use them. The radio on my SGS sounded like crap so we never listened to it..
land have little use for an intercom. Anyway, the bike came with a wired headset and dealer threw in on for the wife. First trip out I noticed how much better the radio sounds on the 18 Ultra vs the 15 SGS just through the speakers. After trying the headsets, wife said the wires are a PITA, gotta go wireless. Who am I to argue. To make it a little sweeter, the dealer took the factory headset and the one they threw in free back and gave me full retail credit on both toward the wireless setup.
