For most the dealers around me, being CA, none of them had Dynos. For my fuel moto build on my other bike (traded in) i had to go to an indy dealer to dial it in. This new 114" stage 3 just has a download from the dealer with the tuner. It runs flawless, no flat spots, i have no issues. If i changed to non harley pipes, then you would probably need a dyno or a really good map from fuel moto. But i now have 1k on this 114" and there is no reason for a dyno, it runs like a champ. I haven't even been able to use all the power. Really happy.
