Don't know what the rear suspension is like. Fitted Howards 6.1 Ohlins along with NIX30 fork cartridges before I picked her up. Just perfect now.

just taken delivery of my 17 rkc
managed around 500 miles so far two up riding with and without a load
tried lots of different settings but have come to the conclusion that the std shocks are just utter garbage ,
i actualy expected a near £20k bike to have at least semi reasonable quality suspension but who in 2017 is fitting emulsion shocks to anything other than the chinese on pit bikes ???
if this is an improvement how **** were the previous bikes and i have to agree that if you think its ok you have never ridden anythimng with good suspension
my yamaha mt10 sp has ohlins and rides like on a cloud compared to this ****
luckily k-tec have a solution for under £600 for a pair of bullit gas shocks
first chance i get they are getting ordered

And regarding the wife and upgrade comments, one of the main reasons she was good with the CVO Limited upgrade was the heated seat! She supported me in all the other blah, blah, blah I was telling her but the heated seat tipped it a good direction.....
my Wife Loves the New Seat Too & the suspension from my 12 SG is night & day diff. She doesn't know just How Much More this CVO cost and thats a good thing. I told her she wouldn't want to know & that worked !!

I have come to really like the suspension on my 17RGS. My last bike was a BMW K1600GT with outstanding suspension as a point of reference. The HD isn't at that level but it's FAR from crap.
