The stage III pulls great at all RPM and is especially good at High speeds, that is where it shines. I wanted a fast mover out on the interstate and open road for 80 mph+ loaded up for travel. Looking at it from a bang for the buck point of view, If your not going to spend a lot of time out on the interstate a stage II would be a great choice.

Between winter and a surgery... Put 200 on her today and just cracked 1000. Time for the 1k service and many more good miles. Going to be a fun summer.

Beautiful downtown Pine, AZ.

Bought mine in mid-September and have 4,800 miles. All good except it won't start in gear with the clutch pulled in. I'll have it looked into at the next service. I like it more with each ride👍

I've had mine home since early February. Just cracked 700 miles on her this weekend. Amazing to have that many miles on a bike by now in our neck of the woods. Actually have 900 miles on a bike since the first of the year including the 200 I put on my old (traded) bike.

Took a nice steady ride with a mix of highway and some interstate and averaged just shy of 46 mpg (45.7 to be exact). Not bad.

Looks like you are at some elevation. The thin air always adds to mpg. Drops quite a bit at sea level, but you probably know it.

I have 2600 so far. I have not had the dreaded oil pump issue. I wish I knew what VIN numbers were affected by this, I cannot get this out of the back of my mind.........

The area that I live in is 3700 to 4600 feet. The last 2 bikes didn't drop much going to the coast but you went up into the mountains and I could get low 50's. Riding this same route on my old bike I would get 40 to 42 pretty consistently.
