Or you could consider some aftermarket spokes....with a larger wheel up front perhaps?

Not saying you need to go to a giant front wheel, but there are some very nice options (18-21") out there that will pop a whole lot more than stock 16s.

Back in April I pulled my stock 16" spokes and wide whites as I bought I set of Hogpro billet 18s. The spokes were starting to look a little rough, the chrome hoops were very shiny though, so if you're looking at used be sure to confirm the condition/finish on the spokes.

I'm hanging onto my spokes in case I do sell the bike one day.

 

What kills me is that I'm also wanting the WWW and spokes on my '17 King. In the ads there was a guy from Va. selling a set - thinking they were '14's - for $250. Tires included and practically new.

Wife nixed the deal. ��
