Comes with hydraulic clutch. Looking for 1.5 thick bars online and everything i can find says " DOES NOT fit hydraulic clutch models".

Can I modify them to fit?

I do not think you can do it. but who knows, if you throw enough money at it, I am sure someone can figure out something. But why? the hydraulic clutch works damn good on the M8 IMO.

I went with Carlini. Dealer did the install, but as far as I know there were no fitment issues. Their website doesn't mention anything about the hydraulic clutch either.

Actually, the site does carry disclaimers on the 1 1/2" bars not working with hyd. systems. I was on there earlier today eyeing the Flying Apes and noticed it. Saw nothing posted on the 1 1/4" sets, so they should work. I'm holding off, assuming there'll be a workaround eventually.

I installed the wo578's on my SGS and they work fine besides the throttle grip being loose going back and forth that I can not get an explanation to fix on. I dont' get it because I had the same bars on my 12 SG and they worked great.

Did you need to change break or clutch lines on that? Or, did the stock ones work.

I had the WO 517's on an older RK and love them.

ive been looking into the Factory47 mad doggers in 1.5 and I'm thinking they will work. Nothing on their website saying it won't. I'm gonna call to confirm

I was going to recommend the Factory 47 bars. The Maddogger should fit according to their description, but like you said, their site doesn't say it one way or another so you are best to contact them.
