That sissy bar looks cool as hell, very vintage! No quick disco though. I would not want it installed permanently,

I agree. I've found some similar on ebay (made by USA-Biker.com) that use the same quick-detach system as the H-D units...but they are all 22" high and I'm not sure how that would look. Also, I looked up USA-Biker.com and they seem to be out of business...so I'm not sure of the quality.

I thought I saw you say the front is down 1 3/4"? Did you use a Progressive kit? Did you lower the rear as well?

Love the bike. I think you should keep the lowers too FWIW.

I got mine from www.theforgellc.com/. Similar style to what you linked to, but for me, was a bit more special as well. They got emblems for all services and even some designs that are a bit more common. I got mine in an 18" detachable.

Great quality and I love mine.

Thanks! Here are a couple more. Also, you can get it with or without the pad and if you want a rigid mount, they offer that too. Also check out Ginz Choppers. I read a lot about them from other members and almost went with them until I found mine.

Default Customizing my RKS

Always wanted to get rid of the old clunky front fender and go with something sportier like the wrap around, also love the new side covers coming out. Took thehe leap and did it

fender shows off the wheel more

Default New 2018 Road King Special Owner, upgrades in process

Im new to this forum although an owner of several bikes, 2014 Dyna Wideglide and 2016 Iron 883. I recently added a 2018 Road King Special to the lineup. Bike is still at the dealer waiting for pickup.

Current mods in process:
Stage 3 Screamin Eagle Kit w/ intake
Rinehart Slimline Duals
Dyno tune/programmer
La Pera Nomad Pleated seat
14" Carlini Gangster Apes
Avon grips
Custom dynamics turn signals front/rear
JW speaker headlight
Klockwerks 16" tinted windshield w/ blacked out Harley frame (for longer hauls)

Here is how the bike looked at dealer last week, anxious to see it after mods.
