I rode 1200 miles with the Winsplitter last weekend. It was a great experience and with the vent open, I noticed a huge improvement in the windshield's stability. I think that if you're a taller rider (I'm 5'7"), you'll be hit with a lot of wind in the face because it's a shorter windshield. It really kept the wind off my torso, keeping me in the seat without having to hang on for dear life.

I'm 6'2". Did a roughly 1000 miler with the wind splitter. I did add a Memphis Hot Wing, which redirects the airflow up a couple more inches. I think it's the best of both worlds. Air in the face like going with no screen, but no pressure on your chest, so no hanging on for dear life at higher speeds. If you have a longer beard there is significant beard lift at any speed though. I actually have to tie mine or else it goes up my nose.

the 14" I have is perfect for me... I'm 6' and I look over the windshield, it's perfect for me. At 80 mph I'm smiling.

I'm not able to attach picture of my problem because file size.
I did have a bit of drama's with the ends of mine, in the end I stuck a spirt level across the ends and got the same gap on the outer edges, I'll try and get a pic later to show you from the top but here's some others

At first when I installed mine, the left side would "roll" and let the can get really close to the bag. I adjusted it twice and within 10 minutes of riding, it would "roll" back towards the bag. I then loosened the clamp and put it directly on the end of the can so that when it was tightened, it would truly clamp the end of the can down to the header and it hasn't moved since. Don't have a picture, sorry but I moved the clamp to where it was all the way at the end of the can flanges so the ends would compress down onto the header.
