Any filter wrench will work. I use the one that came with my Adventure bike tool set and it fits the filter just fine. If it fits a K&N it will fit the stock HD filter.

Re: the oil filter funnel thing - I just made a similar device from a 1/2 gallon milk jug cut in half lengthwise with the bottom cut out.
