Default Reflector be Gone!

Want to remove reflector bracket bolted to a Road King Special FLHRXS rear light bar.
There is little room to work either on top or underneath fender.

What is the size of the hex on the two bolts that hold the reflector bracket to the light bar? Thinking of cutting/ grinding a hex key to fit in space between fender and hex bolt.

Any tips/procedures/I may be missing to help me get rid of this damn reflector.
