Default Stage II w/Fuel Moto Jackpot Headpipe & PV tuner

Well, I just picked it up the bike today from my H-D dealer. They did my 1k service and replaced the stock headpipe with the Fuel Moto and Power Vision Tuner. Only got to ride it home due to rain coming at us. But all in all, the sound is WAY better (I'll post a sound clip once it clears up outside), and there is a noticeable difference in torque and HP.

I really like the tone in conjunction with the Street Cannon exhaust.

So here are all of the mods I have done thus far, and are reflected in the dyno sheet below.

Street Cannon mufflers
SE Ventilator air cleaner
H-D stage II torque cam
Power Vision Tuner
Fuel Moto Jackpot catless headpipe

Results: Additional 17.5 HP & 11 torque

Some of these HD dealers must have deep pockets if theyre swapping head pipes and non HD tuners. I know I wouldnt risk it if I owned a dealership.

That and the voided powertrain warranty from Harley on a new bike with a new motor that frankly is having mechanical issues. Could get expensive for more then the dealer.

That took all of what, 3 hours before someone had to turn it into "another" thread with warranty BS. If your looking to vent, there are plenty of other threads.

Brad, very sweet chart, thanks for sharing. I have the Fuel Moto headpipe on mine as well, with their woods 222 cam, tuned with powervision. I couldn't be happier. This thing just pulls and pulls. Enjoy your new ride brother.

No risk for the dealership. I asked them to make this mod, full-well knowing, that I am violating the terms of the warranty. They simply gave me the nod that if something happened, they would not reject a warranty claim because I opted to mod the exhaust. Now, if the MoCo says otherwise, so be it. I accepted that going into it.

kind of a stretch to make a broad blanket statement like that, from the sampling you read about on the internet...I'd want to back that up with some empirical data before drawing that kind of conclusion..just sayin'

"that frankly is having mechanical issues"

Hugh? Specifically, what issues are you referring to? Not aware of any glaring issues.

Some reports of failed oil pumps, cracked rocker arm supports, cracked cases and this one that failed in a rather spectacular manner:

If you do need servicing, I'd suggest at least reflashing the original map in, but then the dealer installed the PV so... That is a nice bump in power for exhaust and tune.
