Default New 2017 Ultra couple questions...

Longtime cycle and Harley rider in mid-60s and we went over everything at dealer but now I'm forgetting a little. I traded in 2012 RoadGlide Ultra for ElectraGlide Ultra Limited.

--The button on left side he called "trigger" I forgot what that does. I looked in Owners Manual and all I could find was what it was called?

--I synced iPhone and Bluetooth so if I turn on Pandora will that play thru stereo like car? I assume iTunes will?

Thanks

Hey Ozark, the trigger is to cycle through the tripometers and odometer and if you hold it down while one of the tripometers is displayed, it will clear the mileage on it. Yes Pandora should play through your system if your phone is connected with the Bluetooth. Select "Media" on your menu and it should play through your system.

I assume by button on left side you are talking about the left of handlebars and if so the trigger switch on the top of the housing. If so that will toggle between, odometer, Trip A, Trip B and miles remaining on tank

Yes when synced to your phone the music from your iphone will play through the boom system

Thanks Rod. I guess I'm getting to that age when technology is moving faster than I am. I usually just hit the ka-**** and see what happens but this rig has so many gizmos on it I'm afraid I might hit an ejector seat

Hahahaha I get that, I'm right there with you. Especially when there is an entire manual devoted to just the Boom audio system!

looks like you have your answer. By the way if you have the latest boom software you can use SIRI to control your phone. Just hold the talk button down for about five seconds. Works great.

Rik,

Even though Siri speaks a number of languages she doesn't speak mine. I've looked at the list and
Arkan-ese doesn't show up. I'm not sure why they left off the CD player on that expensive a bike. My '12 RG I traded in had a CD player. My C7 Corvette doesn't have a CD player either.

Oh well...that engine sure sounds sweet
