KST Mayhem Bagger bars on Street Glide
Hi All,
Recently purchased a new 2017 Street Glide. I'm a taller fellow at 6'2" so I just put on a LePera Outcast Daddy Long Legs seat to get some much needed leg and cockpit room (seat really stretches thing out nicely for me).
Want to raise my arms some to help straighten out my back for a more comfortable ride. With the the DLL seat moving me back 2" my arms are relatively straightened out with just a slight bend in the elbows (but just too low with stock bars). Want to make sure some ape hangers bars are within reach so I can get an idea of how I'm sitting.
For those of you who have the KST Mayhem Bagger Bars (12" specifically if you have them) on their Street Glides, what is the distance from the front face of the inner fairing and the center of the tip of the handle bar end?
I have a pretty good idea of bar height relative to the fairing based on pictures. Width is shown on their website. So with the distance from the fairing I should have a pretty good of where my hands would sit to help verify "comfort".
And how much can you roll the bars back or forwards before hitting tank when wheels are turned?
Appreciate any help you guys can provide.
Thanks,
Scott

I have the 12 inch KST Outlaws. Not much different from the Mayhems I don't think in terms of pullback and grip angle, but not too sure.
You have quite a bit of adjustment before you would ever hit the tank, more than you need I think. I have mine set u p when the bar angle is in line with the fork angle. I am 5'10" and this is perfect for me.

those bars look sweet. Did you have to buy a cable and wire extender kit? I have a 2017 RKS as well. I was hoping to go 14 " with out extenders?
Thanks!

No longer cables needed. I did get the wire extensions though. I believe Ret said you can go up to 14 inch on the RKS without cables, but you do need wire extensions.

Without the wire extensions, mine would have been kinda tight. I notice it says on his website, for 2015 and up Road Glides no extensions needed. Don't know for sure, but I would check. He knows, he installs them on all the touring bikes.
