Test fit:

Rode up to Chester Springs.. Very nice dealer. Awesome selection of shirts.

Rode down through scenic Lancaster, PA on the way home.

These little box cars are actually hotels you can rent (two night minimum) in Ronks, PA on Paradise Ln. I stopped for a quick photo and there were a ton of bikers staying there.

I made it home that night just before it started pouring so I had to hold off on the 1k service until 1am.

Knocked out the service on 07/07/17. Engine oil and trans looked guide. The primary though... you could see a ton of tiny metal shavings.

I used Mobil 1 2w-50 with a black Harley oil filter. Long story short.. my local Auto Zone only had one quart so the girlfriend and I went out in the pouring rain to get another four quarts five towns over.

Finally picked up a sissy bar flag mount. Anyone have recommendations for a better looking passenger sissy bar pad?

The following afternoon the girlfriend and I took a 70+ mile ride each way out to Sellersville, PA to Hannum's. Decent sized dealer with a TON of bikes but almost zero shirts.

They had a nice waiting area though with a pool table and some cool bikes on display.

The color on this Road King is gorgeous. I want the wheels:

Something of concern... while cleaning the bike, I noticed that the bag support bars were now detached from the bike.

If you look closely, you can see that bolts were there at one point. It should be noted that I never messed with these bolts and the bike only has 1,000 miles on it.

On the way home, it started raining so hard that I couldn't even continue riding.

Mods looking good PSU, I am a Lancaster County resident and lots of great riding roads. I can't wait to get my 2017 SGS. I dropped off my 2015 at the dealer last nite and signed the paper work. The bike will arrive today and the parts will be added. Hoping to pick up by Wednesday. Of course it is the fast color, BLACK!

PSU,

Bro that bike is looking SWEET! I like the new additions. How good are the mirrors? Can you see out of them real good, low vibration? Thanks for sharing the pics!

That's awesome man, and thank you! Congrats on the new bike. Did you buy through Willow Street?

Definitely some of the nicest roads around. I'm right over the line in Chester County but do most of my riding out your way.

Black is definitely the fastest.

Thanks brother!

The mirrors, surprisingly, offer decent visibility and they do not vibrate at all.

To me, they were too small but they let me see traffic behind me and allow me to make safe lane changes so I have no complaints. They sit close to the levers though so my hands feel slight claustrophobia lol.

Took a decent ride the other night and calculated my MPG:

With the bike around 1300 miles, this isn't too bad I guess.

It was clean before this ride:

Another shot of the painted brake inserts and air intake insert:

Installed a 12V dummy plug from an Audi. I was tired of the OEM one constantly falling out. With the Audi one, I put one ring of electrical tape around it to make sure it is snug.

Installed a Performance Machine rear brake pedal. Sort of a PITA to install. The cotter pin was killing me. Even gashed my knuckle and took a chunk of skin out.

Took the lady out to to dinner:
