maybe all that power stretched it out of spec after the last adjustment, 4500 - 7500 miles?..if so sounds like you discovered a threshold for the drive belt power wise

Or it could just be a bad batch of belts. It could have been a wrongly adjusted belt? It could have been caused by many reasons. There are alot of higher out put motors running stock belts for 10's of thousands of miles with no issue.

I lost a belt on a buell caused by a rock.

What engine did you upgrade on your stage 4? The 107?

Always pays to check belt tension before a ride and after getting tension adjusted at your local Harley service dept.

I'm wondering if he dropped the hammer on launch. If it were roll on, even a loose belt wouldn't have done more than jump a couple teeth, seems like...

First did i blame anyone? Nope! Did i say bike is junk? Nope! Just saying belt is history period. Did not ask for warranty. Did not ask for harley to replace for free. Just stating the belt is junk at 7500 miles

Not Your fault as far as riding style but your belt deflection was too loose/tight. End of story. Every bike I have seen in the shop with the teeth striped off was because the belt was to loose or tight. That belt will take more then 127/127
