The police models have no Harley badge/decal on the tanks. They do say police in small font on the a/c cover.

Cop bikes have analog Speedo and tach seperatly vs an all in one unit.

The badass cop seat of course.

Those are the biggest differences, same motor/trans/stators as consumer bikes, but can generally be had cheaper, even when buying new
