Default M8 Service Bulletins and Recalls

Is there a resource where we can access M8 service bulletins? I'd like to see the transmission to primary transfer one, but it would also be helpful to have a thread listing these so owners can make sure their bikes have had any potential or real issues addressed.

Perhaps I can kick this off....
First M8 recall notice - oil line clamps

What about bikes that were purchased within the past month? Do dealers service them when they become aware of issues (before selling).

If your bike has a build date post May 9 you are not effected. If it's built before this date the dealer would (should) have executed this service item prior to delivery. They will get the info from your vin. Either way, you're covered.

Join the other forum too. HTT (Harley Tech Talk), there is a section where all bulletins and tech tips are listed from as far back as the 1970's to current. So far, they have not added all the new M8 ones... the newest one I just saw was, M1439: Drive Belt Tension - dated:02/17/2017

Thnxs for the tip - joined up, but can't find any area with tech bulletins. Do you have a link to the area?

Towards bottom of page, black heading, says "Documents & FAQ's"

Click on last of three in that category, "Instruction Sheets, Bulletins, Recalls"

Then click on last of 4 in that category, "HD"

It will show 15 threads:
Service Bulletins
Wiring Diagrams
2017 Technical Literature list
Instruction sheets & news
Model year technical forums
Model year torque values
Tech Tips
Tech articles
Model Year prefixes
Safety recalls
& 5 others..

I support that forum with an annual donation. Might help as I can go right to it?
