Default Need opinions, may trade Cvo Road King for a Road King Special

I have a 2014 Cvo Road King, but ever since Harley did their inspirational galley Road King and then released the Road King Special I've been tempted to trade it in. I know many people don't like it but I do. Just seeing if anyone else has moved from a 110 to a 107. Did you regret it, power or reliability wise. Here's a photo of mine and one of a Special I got off the net.

I'd take a 107 all day every day over the 110 but your bike looks amazing!!!!

The M8 107 is IMHO head and shoulders better over the 110. In every way. That said...no way I'd let that CVO go. That thing is AWESOME!!! And not nearly as many out there as the denim specials. Just my 2 pennies.

Keep your CVO until H-D come out with the 114 M8 CVO Road King, because you will really want one of those.

All things being equal (stock motors), they will have pretty close power, the 107 will be smoother and the torque comes in earler. The door is wide open for the 110" upgrades and they do run when tweaked. The CVO's have their own beautiful mystique.
Good luck with your decision.

I love the new Road King Special! Especially after seeing it in person. With that being said I think your fricking nutz to get rid of that King CVO for it!!! That's the kind of bike you hold on to!!! Hands down 1 of the best CVO's Harley has ever produced.....

I would sink a little coin in the 14. That 110 will run circles around anything currently stock or with a stage kit with some head work and a cam to match. I know my 107 twin cam will smoke my M8. It's putting down 124/115 with an exhaust that is holding it back a bit. I have seen the 110's with proper heads and cam throw out 130ft/lbs 120+hp. The TC is a pretty proven design.

You already have stretched bags and stuff blacked out, chrome wheels and all the other CVO options. Dispite what some people say the M8 is not leaps and bounds above the Rushmore. It is an evolution not a revolution. I switch between a twinkie and the M8 daily depending on what I feel like and whether or not I am touring or 2 up. YMMV

I'm really torn on this one. On one hand, I really like the road king specials. but, on the other, that is an absolutely beautiful CVO you have. I think I'm leaning towards keeping the cvo
