Default M8 RoadKing pillion opinion please

What`s it like back there?
I`m about to do the deal on a M8 Roadking but my wife has doubts about whether she will like it, she does not ride on the Dyna, hates it! Far too much vibration, I have told her that a RoadKing will be totally different.
From a pillions view how does it seem?
Thanks.

At first my wife was not quite happy on mine.....After probing (no pun intended), it turned out that the footboard didn't mix well with the stacked heel on her boots, but when she wore flat boots she was happy. With footpegs she could angle her leg around the peg but with boards of course, the foot sits flat atop it.

Since then, she likes it. The stock saddle is quite broad and plush, much more comfortable than the saddle on my softail but that's a pretty low bar to begin with. However, the stock saddle sits me too far forward so I'm looking for a better two up option but that's to satisfy me not her.

Most large dealers gave one in their rental fleet. Rent one for a weekend, and see how it works out.

If the wife's on board I swap out for my hammock. Best I've tried, period.

If passenger comfort is your primary concern just opt for one of the Milwaukee road sofas. She will love it.

We're running the stock seat on our 17 RK and this is the 4th seat that the wife has ridden on with 3 different bikes. She says that this one is the most comfortable for her by far. The stock 2-up on the 03 RK was the worst so we rode over to Corbin and had a set made for us which was better, but not as nice as the stock 17.

Thanks for all the replies, good to know that there shouldn't be too many complaints from back there!
