This is one of those things you pay for what it really does. Here is a test of the new FULLSAC MX headpipe. Bike is a 2017 107 Oil Cooled RK.

Run 13 fully tuned with stock head pipe 5th gear
Run 19 fully tuned with FULLSAC MX head pipe 5th gear
Run 20 fully tuned with FULLSAC MX head pipe 6th gear

All runs SAE, same day same dyno same tank of fuel. No changes to anything else on the bike during testing and the same mufflers used for all testing.

So 8 hp and 3 tq for 700 bucks I may be wrong but I think if you decat the stock pipe you'll get the hp maybe tq may not change much but cost nothing but a little time.. The stock headpipe seems to be doing a pretty good job with a cat in it

Steve,

What is done to the engine, I see run 13 says fully tuned with stock head pipe but what about internals?

That is why my RK is still stock. My bike will out perform TC 103 with stage one all day long. Even beat a stage 2 RG TC 103 but he is 6'7" 300lbs so that don't count LOL!
