all my other black "paint swirled" bikes have had black kickstands and never noticed any particular wear, other than the bottom. No big deal, will either leave it or get it powder coated over winter when snowed in.
Just a thought, but I believe that the 2018 CVO Road Glide comes with a black kickstand...I'm sure that is not a "restricted item" but unfortunately you will have to buy that and spend more money.

last year was very unusual, cold and had quit a bit of snow. Most years, we get one or two snowfalls and washes away in a day or two. I am in Vancouver a couple hours north of Seattle so same weather as there. I ride year round.

Picked up the first vivid black 2018 Road Glide Special in my area last week and first thing I noticed was a full chrome kickstand, it's pretty much the only chromed out part on the bike and looks totally out of place. My dealer assured me that is how they come. There wasn't any others to compare to so no idea if that was a dealer mistake or an oversight by Moco.
