Default 2018 Not selling well???

Seems that I have not seen or heard of many picking up a new 2018 touring model. Usually when a new model year with changes comes out there are tons of posts with newly purchased bikes. I have not seen too many post this time around or is it just me? Went to my local dealer this weekend and he had pretty much all the same bikes he had 3 weeks ago. Has HD just raised the pricing too high now or is everyone just waiting for the 114 ci to come standard before jumping in. Opinions?

That’s because Harley learned it’s lesson with over production of Rushmore’s. Really won’t know until numbers announced.

I have been hanging out in the Softail section, I think the 114 has lured some riders to downsize(I have considered it). The 114 is amazing.

Was there any improvement in the 18 tourers over the 17s? Frame or motor improvement for the 19s?

Maybe people aren't excited over blacked out baggers? I know for myself, blacked out, is played out...

Not a day goes by on this forum that someone isn’t talking about the 18 SGS they just picked up or have on order. Based off just the people on this site the 18s seem to be selling well

Where is that? Any specific dealer you can mention. A $4K discount on a new '18 Harley would be worth a drive.

There aren’t many changes on touring bikes from 2017 to 2018.

The revamped Softail line is the big news and they are selling as soon as they roll off the truck.
