Default 2018 ultra low heat!

My dealer gave me a new ultra low to ride while they were servicing my bike. Holy s&$t the heat off of this beast! I assume the lower fairings play a big role but damn, this thing is aweful riding through town. My right leg and foot is cooked! My street glide does not put out any heat, even in congested city traffic. Good thing I wasn't testing this bike to buy it because it would be a big hell no for me. I want my street glide back stat! LoL

Were you wearing shorts? Stupid question I know, but then again there are alot of stupid people that wear shorts riding their harley's. Not sure about you but I like the heat coming out of the bikes, especially when it's cold.

Wearing pants, it's only 80 degrees I could not imaging riding this thing in 95 degree summer heat

Yeah I know, right side is baking but left side is hot also, not a fan of this bike at all.

That’s strange. My wife complained about heat but I never felt it. I just switched to the high flow SE system and now she isn’t complaining about heat anymore.

I can ride my SGS through city grid lock and I don't have any heat issues at all, never been on one of these big boat tourers with lowers so I guess it just caught me by surprise.

The lowers are probably the reason why you can feel the heat. The heat has always been there you just never noticed until the lowers were attached. I bet if you put lower covers on your SGS you would feel that same amount of heat you are referring to about the Ultra Low
