According to the OP they have. No fix for it though. How did they test ride for millions of miles (as I have read) and not find this. I don't understand. This issue and the sumping issue that they have had makes me wonder what other problems may crop up down the road as folks put more miles on them.

I read somewhere that the Harley engineers ellegedly put 1 million miles on the bike during research phase of pre production. If so, they missed the transfer issue.

they claim 1 million miles as well as 7000 hours of accelerated dyno testing
