Hey its better than the typical " they all do that" or "its normal".

I'd like to see the bulletin. Interesting that the title references transfer to the primary, but there is no instruction to check the primary?

If the transmission is low, you know that there is that issue...

According to the OP they have. No fix for it though. How did they test ride for millions of miles (as I have read) and not find this. I don't understand. This issue and the sumping issue that they have had makes me wonder what other problems may crop up down the road as folks put more miles on them.

I read somewhere that the Harley engineers ellegedly put 1 million miles on the bike during research phase of pre production. If so, they missed the transfer issue.

they claim 1 million miles as well as 7000 hours of accelerated dyno testing

All manufacturers claims thoroughly testing their product but still shiiit happens more then expected.
