Anyone that owns an '18 M8 having trouble with the Trans oil Migration to the primary?

 

Lots of info here including a couple long threads.

I've got a '17 that is losing Trans oil to primary.

I'm just wondering if any '18 owners have noticed this yet............

This will be interesting maybe HD has solved there tranny problems on the new bikes.

 

On another forum there are reports of the '18s migrating oil just as the '17s...

The Tech Article, TA0022 mentions a list of 2018 models that may have the problem. It is basically the same models (along with a few anniversary models) that make up the 2017 list...

If Harley admits it's a problem, you'd better believe it's happening...

 

Have run a several on the dyno and they act the same as the 2017's do, yes they transfer.
