It looks like their regular Dual-Tour to me, just with different colored side panels/seat panels. If you order direct from them, they let you pick the type and color leather they use, in addition to stitch pattern. You can also have them move you forward or back in the seat, raise or lower you too, etc. etc.

Their customer service took some hits in years past, but they seem to be getting better. It took me 10 years to try them again after I had a bad experience, but I'm glad I did.

Well I pulled the trigger on a smooth Mustang Super Tour Heated seat. Darn thing surprised me, it was on my porch a day after i ordered it. The instructions say I need a wire connector, but vid's I have seen on the FLHXS show them plugging in to the accessory cable just North of the battery. Do I really need this connector? Going to mount it up this evening, pics to follow along with my new Wild 1 Reaper bars.

Collecting seats gets expensive. I just gave away an almost new Hammock seat I liked, wife did not. I under stand why and agree with her.
Have you consider demoing seats . Stop by HD dealer try every seat that will fit your bike. Take wife with you . Even if you find one you like try them all. Maybe you strike out, but at least you have narrated down what does not work with out costing you a dime. Or you may fine one that works.
On our 2013 I had a seat I used alone and one when she was with me. Generally I find HD seats pretty darn good. If you have the right one.
If the seat is truly comfortable, it most likely looks like crap.

Here is the Mustang. So far its really nice, comfortable, and the heat is awesome. I do feel like I am seated further back than my previous seat. Hopefully the Southern Mi weather will get better soon...
