Default 2018 RGU w/465 S&S cam

Just put 500 miles on with the new 465 cam. WOW, it's great. Don't have a dyno sheet, don't need one. Had lots of bikes including a tc103 with a stage lV this new bike is the best. Also removed the cat, added SE air, 4.5 Rinehart slip ons.FP3 tuner, 13" meat hook bars and some bling.
Haven't updated my pic yet.

With all the oil pump (sump) related issues with the SE Stage IV I think everyone (for now) is better off sticking with some of the great cam upgrades for the stock 107's without going that far.

The HP #'s are really starting to climb. Thinking back to my 1st EVO I bought in 95. I think the stock HP was like 52

As soon as someone comes up with a pump or way to keep the bikes from sumping the sky's the limit.

There are several folks who've done non HD big bore kits that aren't reporting problems of sumping. Another member here started a thread along the same lines questioning the HD out of round cylinders and such causing a vacuum in the engine. I believe Fueling now has their oil pumps and cam plates out for the M8.

I have the HD stage 2 and the I don't believe the torque cam is worth the $$$$. For me, I'm either going to do another cam swap based on FM's tests, I'm really liking the S&S 475 or I'm going to do a big bore non-HD kit.

I have a 22x in mine, runs great with a canned map from FM. I also have a full Rinehart exhaust, slip-ons, breather and PV.

No problems so far but this will last me until Christmas then I'll treat myself to something nasty. Until then I'll just keep what I got. I'm happy.

Hey Tomcat, it pretty much depends on my wife’s attitude. My last sage lV on my 103 was needed, this one not so much.

You need to post a vid of it when you get it installed. Theres no videos of the 475 on youtube, I wanna hear that thing! Its the cam I'm thinking about once I get brave enough to give up my warranty.
