Thanks..

One thing to note is that a roadking don't have a info screen.. The odometer can display a few different functions but oil ain't one of them.. For oil, all the RK's got is an idiot light. Not sure if the output of the pressure sensor is analog or simply a switch.

I do have a dial tamp gauge dipstick but it has currently been removed as the O ring around the base looked to be leaking.. I suspect leak was causing the filter breathers to bleed a little..

aaahhhh..... I missed that it was a roadking........duh? They took the actual pressure out of the info screen and replaced it with either "ok" or "check oil"....... guess they got tired of people freaking when they idled at 14-15PSI.....

Again very clean awesome job!....DW

I would imagine you can. I suspect that you'd need to pick the passage that feeds the filter.. In that case none of these parts will work. I suspect that the line is too short and the passage hole to be 1/4 pipe.

Yes, it works just fine. I like to use the plug that is the oil feed to the engine after the filter. My reason for this is that is what the engine is getting. The plug is 1/4 npt.

Looks real good Max. Sounds like you have sufficient oil pressure. What oil are you running?

I run 15w-50 mobile 1 auto oil.. Motor built stage 2 so it idles at 970.. Did 120 miles yesterday with temps ranging from the mid 50s to high 60s. Almost no stop lights, all mountain roads. Idle 15-16 psi. running down the road at 2300 to 2500 rpm, 40-42 psi.. I'm sure it will drop as temps heat up.
