That's pretty good PSI for a warm bike and stock camplate. I've been testing a lot of camplates lately and most have around 35+ % of leakby. I haven't checked any M8 cam plates. I wonder id the seat and spring are improved over the TC

What about your warranty wonder ifs it going to mess that up. Dozen take much for them void it out.

Since it doesn't effect emissions, I'll go out on a limb and say it won't be an issue..

I guess I'm also one those that will have to take the bike in for a warranty claim. Wish me luck..

whoa, I posted a pic awhile back of the exact same crack exact spot..they replaced the heat shield no questions asked

Here are the drawings for the oil pressure fitting to the motor.




There are probably some dimensions missing but any using this for reference should be able to wing it.

Ebay seller JerzeeCustom who has Oil Pressure Gauge kits available for other HD models is coming out soon with their Milwaukee 8 kits...

Getting close to being ready. The kit is done, and I have had one on my street glide for a while now just testing. I am waiting on the steel braided lines now and some fittings.

This guy has good stuff. 3 of my other bikes have his pressure gauge on them. I talked him into making black ones after buying a chromed one off him...
