Default Prices up or down with bike week?

All,

I'm a long time reader and long time lurker.

Looking at new M8's, Road Glide. In your experiences are prices higher or lower around Daytona bike week?

I currently have a 2015 RGS which I will probably keep, so no trades.

Thanks

Tim

I’d say way up! Everyone wants to cash in on the crowd wanting something new and shiny

If you can negotiate at all, deals can be had.

Falcon Fury in Ga.offered me one for a little over 23k. It was 25k even otd with 3% sales tax included.

That was for a White RG Special.

My local dealer was willing to match it.

I am in Daytona area now. Rossmeyers is loaded with bikes, spoke to salesman he said they r pricing to sell. I would get your figures together and see how u do. I got a 2014 ultra classic a few years back and did pretty good. Good luck

The words "Bike Week" and "Deal" have never gone together.

Found this to be true 99% of the time .. Key being not the advertised Price but what you actually pay OTD ..

Right now I am looking for a second bike, a used one.... Daytona Harley salesman told me to come back after bike week if I wanted to pay less then asking/ they aren't moving on prices now...

Just my 2 cents on this. JIM
