Confused. Are you having issues with the gaskets that came with the jackpot headers you got from fm? Of so why not contact them directly instead of asking here?

It appears that the exhaust flanges were overtightened considerably and this smashed & damaged the gaskets. You will need to replace them and be sure to follow the torque setting of 99in lbs.

Default Tuneable insert

For example the differences between the pipes would be more distinct on a 120Hp big bore build than they would be on a 107 with a stock cam. This of course depends greatly on the mufflers you are using and how well the rest of the combination plays together, another nice feature is the tuneable/removable collector insert (TCI) we have in the Jackpot M8 pipe which allows you to accommodate different muffler/baffle designs and engine characteristics, the TCI also helps considerably with reversion and low end torque if you are using free flowing mufflers.
In the end if you have a stock 107" engine with Stage 1 style modification and are already running a decatted pipe and your bike is performing to your satisfaction the gains from switching to the Jackpot are not going to be huge, you should be fine with what you are already running. If you are looking to do more performance enhancements such as cam or big bore that is when it is going to start to make a real difference.
Jamie, I received my Jackpot headpipe today. 2/1/2 Saw the note about the tuneable insert and wondered if should keep it in the pipe or remove it. I will be running a Screamin Eagle Ventilator Extreme air cleaner, S&S Mkl45 pipes, Dyno tune from Fuel Moto and the Jackpot headpipe. Should i maintain or remove the TCI?

Please let me know.
Thanks,

Thanks,
You will want to leave the collector insert in place in this application.
