Thumbs up Finally got around to checking my speedometer

Hard to believe HD finally has a speedometer that is accurate. Checked it against my phone app mounted on a ram mount. After well over a century they finally got it right!!!

Wow, you should buy a lottery ticket!
I have never even heard of a HD that did not read several mph over....

Must be an anomaly! The speed sensor has not been updated since 2007 and the Speedos are Rushmore vintage. You can make any Speedo 100% accurate yourself with a Healtech Speedohealer electronic speed sensor, pulse rectifier.

I don't think I ever tried it, but I had an FP3 on my Dyna, it had a Speedo recalibrate function

I checked my speedometer on my 17 RGU with my phone app and the speed reading on the nav screen. All three read the same at all speeds.

Mine is dead nuts. Last summer as I passed a mile marker going 60 by my speedo, I counted off 1 1000, 2 1000, 3 1000, etc. When I got to 60 1000, I was at the next mile marker sign.

Sometimes the speedos don't read right because of wheel size changes. My 2 Harley speedo/tach combos are spot on.
