I’ve not experienced any vibration either, but everyone should know that HD’s Highway pegs can’t mount to the chopped highway bar because of a design flaw. My dealership said the MoCo is aware of the problem and is working on it. It’s about the welded area at the apex of the curve in the bars... it increases the bar’s diameter. If you try installing them, have the dealership do it so when the chrome or black powder coat scratches on the highway bar and begins to rust, the dealership will be responsible to replace it.

Nothing a die grinder with sanding drum won't take care of. I have a set on my chopped guard. I sanded the mounting brackets - you'd never know.

Who in their right mind would pay top dollar for an OEM HD highway bar and highway pegs & mounts only to need to take a grinder and sander to them in order to make them fit? To each their own, but I’m not doing that.

I'm late to the thread but check out the crash bar from IMZZ Elite. I really like it a lot and it's very minimalist.

What did you use for your fairing support bracket when you removed the stock engine guardc
