Weird Vibration when coming to a stop
I have. 2017 FLHTK with 2700 miles Was riding and noticed a strange vibration and groaning sound when braking. Seems to only happen momentarily when lightly applying the brakes at low speeds. Only lasts for a second or two just before the bike comes to a stop. No warning lights or other issues. Think it might be something in the rear brakes. Anyone else experience this?

No DTCs. Thought about warped rotors because it was really hot when it started but I would think it would do it all the time. Was also thinking ABS prematurely sensing the wheels locking(or maybe just the rear). MTBIG G, when did yours start doing it? Thanks everyone for the replys

14 Limited … I've had that vibration under very light braking for several years now. If I apply a little more brake pressure to the rear brake, then the noise/vibration goes away. I'm at 100,000 + miles and it has happened with all 6 sets of brake pads that have been on the bike. I've replaced pads every 20,000 miles and only use the stock HD pads with the anti noise grease. If I roll the bike, I don't hear the pads rubbing on the rotor so I don't thing a warped rotor would be the cause. If you do find the cause, please post the fix.
