Here is a transmission problem coming I bet
 
here is my gear set. No warning just grinding local dealer has done6 already.

turns out not hardened all the way causing problem. My father took to work and had it checked.

no it's not i have a aftermarket tuner and bought a baker 7 speed

I would also like to see test results from a certified metallurgist. Just stating trans has improper hardened gears caused trans failure and OP's dad said so,where is the proof? Maybe improper shifting is at fault.At this point who knows.Hope OP has better luck with his Baker trans.

Second one I've seen reported here in about two years. The last one was due to insufficient hardening.

isnt it a constant mesh transmission? Shifting causing that bad a problem doesnt seem that likely.

That's what My dad's work does He's a engineer. So not a made up story. the shaft is going to be given to my friend who is a product development engineer at Harley Idc i'm fixing it my way
and if I get called full of shit oh well. you can tell by looking not a miss shift be more than a couple teeth. I have blown up a lit of shit racing over the years
